Stornierungen oder Umbuchungen von Terminen kannst du bequem über die CAST APP oder den Mitgliederbereich auf der CAST Webseite selbst tätigen. Bitte beachte, dass Absagen kostenpflichtiger Termine bitte mindestens 48 Stunden im Voraus erfolgen sollten, um anderen Kunden die Termine frei zu halten und auch ein Ausfallhonorar zu vermeiden.
