At over 46 years old, I know life in all its facets. Besides significant career changes that led me to my true calling, it's the interpersonal relationships that have allowed me to grow. My son, who is now almost grown, is my greatest gift.

I was married, a stepmother to three children for eleven years, and have experience in long-term relationships as well as being single for many years. I'm aware that every phase of life has its advantages and disadvantages, just like everything in our polarized world. And that's exactly how I approach my life—with a great deal of groundedness and clarity, even though my spiritual outlook is very much of a spiritual nature.

Nothing beats personal experience. Nevertheless, I have completed several training courses and further education programs that have provided a solid foundation for my expertise and enable me to work with people. These include, among others, couples and sex therapy, psychotherapy ( licensed under the German Heilpraktikergesetz), client-centered therapy, and yoga and meditation instruction. I have been self-employed and working in my own practice since 2015 .
